Wendy is an experienced expert in evaluation and impact assessment across diverse fields. Holding a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, she is a certified coach and a Level I accredited SROI practitioner (with Level III application underway). She was involved in various change projects in Belgium, DRC Congo, Burundi, Uganda, Palestine and El Salvador, and was active in the sector of community building, development cooperation and in the education sector.

Based on her interest in social impact and enhancing the impact performances of initiatives, she immersed herself in impact measurement and management. At the Social Impact Fund ‘Shaping Impact Group’, Wendy guides impact enterprises in measuring and monetizing their social impact and the development of a customized monitoring and evaluation system.

Wendy is also the co-creator of the Impact Mentoring track of Efiko Academy.
