Frédéric is an experienced social entrepreneur, environmental engineer and passionate about contributing to an inclusive and regenerative economy where purpose and profit align. He believes in finance as a driving force for positive change and conscious leadership as a key enabler. That is why he created Unoya and now fully dedicates his time in supporting investors and organizations that want to put impact at the center of their strategy. Previously Frederic has founded the company PowerCorner that electrifies rural villages in Africa through solar mini-grids, contributed to the development of the corporate impact investment fund of ENGIE, worked on environmental impact assessments with Tractebel and on sustainable development action plans with the Brussels Region.

Throughout the years he also developed skills in non-violent communication, collective intelligence and supportive leadership recognizing the importance of collaboration to reach a common goal.

At Impact Finance Belgium Frédéric focuses on the promotion of sustainable bonds in financing a just transition and the broader role institutional investors such as pension funds and insurers can play in unlocking the growth potential of Impact Finance in Belgium.
